All export orders are shipped legally with an official
Phytosanitary Certificate. Each shipment meets the import requirements of the destination country.

🌍 Import Requirements

  • You may order up to 12 plants per order.
  • If you need more than 12 plants, please place additional orders.

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ United States β€” With Import Permit

  • There is no quantity limit for orders accompanied by a valid USDA import permit.

🌐 Other Countries

  • In most countries, there is no quantity limit for plant orders.
  • Every shipment includes a Phytosanitary Certificate for safe and legal import.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, with secure packaging and full tracking for every shipment.

Due to the required phytosanitary procedures, all orders are processed and shipped within
7–15 days after payment.

After-Sales Service

We ensure that every customer receives healthy, high-quality plants.
Since these are international shipments of live products, our after-sales policy is defined as follows:

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the plants if you experience:

  • Severe damage on arrival
  • Rot, breakage, or death upon arrival
  • Incorrect items delivered

Clear photos are required for us to assist promptly.

❌ Not Covered by After-Sales

🌱 Natural changes after arrival

Not eligible for after-sales if changes occur over 3 days after receipt, including:

  • Color fading
  • Water loss / stress shrinkage
  • Natural shape changes
  • Leaf drop due to environmental adaptation

🧀 Issues caused by customer handling

  • Repotting damage
  • Improper watering or trimming
  • Physical damage after unpacking

🚫 Customs Cooperation Requirement


We provide all required export documents, including the Phytosanitary Certificate, to meet your country’s import regulations.


However, after-sales support cannot be provided if the recipient fails to cooperate with customs (no response, no tax payment, incorrect information), causing:

  • Clearance delays over 3 days
  • Non-delivery of the shipment

  • If DHL loses the package, we will assist with the claim.
  • If the shipment is returned or destroyed due to lack of customs cooperation, compensation cannot be provided.

FAQ

❓ 1. Why do most plants arrive without roots?


During the soil-removal process, roots may naturally fall off.

❓ 2. Will the plant size match the photos?


Not exactly. After removing the soil, plants are air-dried for about one week before shipping,
so the plants you receive will usually be slightly smaller than in the photos.

❓ 3. Can plants survive without roots?


Yes. Old roots often cannot absorb water well. Removing them allows new, healthy roots to grow β€”
and these new roots are what help the plant thrive.

❓ 4. When should I plant the succulent?


Open the box and remove the plants immediately. Remove old roots and any rotten leaves, then place the plants in partial sunlight and wait for new roots to grow.
If the plants look too dry, you can lightly mist them. Once new roots appear, they are ready to be planted.

❓ 5. Some lower leaves are rotten β€” will the plant survive?


Yes. Simply remove the rotten leaves. As long as the stem is healthy, the plant will continue to grow normally.
