Refund and Return Policy

In case of discrepancies, damage, breakage, or defective items, we accept returns or exchanges. Please return the item to us at your own expense using cash on delivery (COD) shipping.
Please notify us of any defective items within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, so please understand in advance.
We cannot guarantee any damage or deterioration of the product that occurs more than 3 days after arrival or any damage caused by the customer after purchase.
We are not responsible for any damage to the plants due to delivery delays caused by the customer's absence.
