Return And Refund Policy

  1. Due to the unique nature of succulents, returns are not supported.If there are any issues during the customs clearance, please do not return the goods. Instead, please provide us with the relevant proof, we will do a refund.
  2. ① If the succulents are rotten, please contact us in 3 days after receiving, we will do a refund.
    ② We do not support for leaf breakage and excessive growth during transportation.
    ③ If you find that the bottom layer of leaves is rotten, please remove those leaves.
