1. To ensure the safety of long-distance transport, we will pack 12 plants per parcel. Therefore, the order quantity should be in multiples of 12.
   For example, an order quantity should be for 12, 24, 36 pieces, and so on.
2. We send the goods via DHL.
3. The succulents will be sent bare-rooted. 
   During the process of removing the soil, the roots may sometimes be pulled off, which is normal. 
   To ensure the safe transportion, the succulents will be dried, which may make them appear smaller than in the photos. This is also normal.
4. Once your order is placed, it will typically be shipped within 3-5 days. 
   If customs clearance goes smoothly, you can expect to receive your goods approximately 7 days from the shipping date.
5.  Due to the unique nature of succulents, returns are not supported.
   If there are any issues during the customs clearance, please do not return the goods. 
   Instead, please provide us with the relevant proof, we will do a refund. 
6. ① If the succulents are rotten, please contact us in 3 days after receiving, we will do a refund.
   ② We do not support for leaf breakage and excessive growth during transportation. 
   ③ If you find that the bottom layer of leaves is rotten, please remove those leaves.
   As long as the stem is not rotten, the succulent is healthy, we don't provide support.
